If you'd rather keep sending, the account owner can turn on overage billing in Settings, then Billing, and extra texts are charged at a small per-text rate (9c in Australia, 5.5c in the US and Canada) on your next invoice.

Each staff member also gets a private link that shows their HiveThread appointments in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. Your team does the booking: customers can't book themselves, and the AI never books for you.

Any time, from your account settings. Upgrades take effect right away (with a pro-rata charge for the rest of the period); downgrades and cancellations take effect at your next billing date. Access continues to the end of the period you've paid for.
